Property description	At Serendipity Guest House you will find sincere hospitality in serene garden surroundings. We are situated in the leafy suburb of Birdswood which is close to the airport and the CBD. The guest house is a double storey thatched house and consists of eight en-suite rooms, all with airconditioning and television. One can expect to find a professionally run accommodation establishment with facilities and service in line with a hotel at the price of a B&B. We treat guests like royalty, and will strive to make your stay SERENDIPITOUS! Serendipity offers flexible accommodation whether it is for business, a gathering for friends, or a couple wanting a quit retreat. We wish to extend Serendipity to you as your personal home while visiting Richards Bay, KwaZulu Natal. Serendipity is situated in the heart of Zululand, and is an excellent home from which to plan your daily activities (A four-day stay is recommended). No smoking in guests house, but we do have a veranda you can use. Dinner (on request) is a sociable experience.

Driving directions	From the CBD, follow all the indicators to the airport. When the East Central Arterial comes to an end in Nkoniga, turn right into the first road on the right - Wagtail Walk. Follow the brown sign that shows B&B Guest House. Follow this road around the bend and you will see a double storey thatched house on your left. That is Serendipity Guesthouse. When arriving at the airport you go along the road to town and cross the first four-way intersection after which you turn right into Wagtail Walk. Serendipity Guesthouse is on 1 White Eye Way.
